Nomination Procedure

Nominate a Great Business Leader in the First Coast Community

The nominee must live or work in the specified First Coast Hall of Fame area and be willing to participate in the induction ceremony.

A selection committee consisting of business leaders from the local community will meet to review the nominations and determine which of the nominees shall be extended membership into the Business Hall of Fame. The selection criteria center on the nominees’ community contributions and reputation for solid business ethics and high moral principles.

Please submit a letter of nomination, the nominee’s current professional resume or vitae and the nomination form. The nomination materials should include the nominee’s:

Career summary
Special contributions to his / her profession
Community involvement
Honors received
Overall impact on his / her community
